Популярные рокеры Linkin Park завершили работу над своим четвертым студийным альбомом. Пластинка будет называться «A Thousand Suns» и выйдет на лейбле Warner Bros. Records 14 сентября. Первым синглом альбома станет трек «The Catalyst», который появится в эфирах радиостанций и в продаже на iTunes 2 августа.
В прошедшую пятницу на официальной страничке Linkin Park на MySpace стартовал конкурс для фанатов группы. Им предлагается скачать фрагменты песни «The Catalyst», чтобы из них создать свою композицию. Лучшее фан-творение будет либо включено в альбом «A Thousand Suns», либо исполнено на одном из концертов рокеров вместе с автором.
С 9 октября Linkin Park отправляются в гастрольное турне в поддержку альбома, в рамках которого они выступят и в России.

Yesterday, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iPad and tested to see if it can survive a forty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
